People always confuse about the meaning of happiness they don’t know how to define it. Some people think that when one has the successful career or does something that makes contribution to the society is the happiness. It is common that great acts are admired by the public and people are easy to feel the happiness. While in my opinion happiness is very easy to achieve. When I stay with my family we have the nice talk and I feel very happy. When I eat the delicious food that is cooked by my mother I feel moved and happy. Happiness is around everywhere we can feel it if we treat it right.
人们总是对幸福的意义感到困惑，他们不知道如何去定义。一些人认为当一个人拥有成功的事业或者对社会有所贡献的时候，才称得上幸福。自然地，伟大的行为被大众所信服，人们也很容易感到幸福。然而在我看来，幸福是很容易得到的。当我和家人呆在一起时，我们聊得很愉快，我感到幸福。当我吃到妈妈做的美味食物时，我很感动，也很开心。幸福无处不在，如果我们正确对待，就能感受得到。
【篇二】关于自助餐 About Buffet
People like to eat buffet because they can eat many kinds of food in a meal their appetite can be satisfied. I am a fan of buffet I can eat a lot of food in a time every time I go into the buffet shop I tell myself that I will not come out without satisfying my stomach. Facing so many food I can’t help eating as more as possible even I am full enough I still eat my stomach hurts. It is said that 80% sense of fullness is the best way to keep fit if people continue to get their stomach more food then their stomach will be hurt. So the way for people to have buffet is not right we should enjoy the food instead of eating too fully.
人们喜欢自助餐，因为他们能在一餐里吃很多种食物，他们的胃口也得到了满足。我是自助餐的粉丝，我能在同一时间里吃很多食物，每次我走进自助餐，我就告诉自己不满足胃口就不走出来。面对那么多食物，我情不自禁地多吃，即使我很饱，但是仍然在吃，我的胃吃伤了。据说八成饱的感觉是保持健康的方法，如果人们继续让胃填食物的话，胃就会受到伤害。因此人们吃自助餐的方式是不对的，我们应该享受食物而不是吃得太撑。
【篇三】写给十年后自己的信 A Letter Write to Ten Year’s Me
Today when I went shopping with my friends we found an interesting shop. The shop sold all kinds of postcards then I saw the words of writing a letter to ten year’s me. I was so curious I never heard about it before so I asked the boss was it possible to do this. The boss said they would keep the letter for the customers until the day to send the postcard. I was so excited I decided to write a letter to the future me. I wrote the encouraging words so when I see the letter in the future I would have the good mood. I am so looking forward to getting the letter in the future.
今天，当我和朋友去逛街的时候，我们发现了一家很有趣的商店。商店卖各种各样的东西，然后我看到“写给十年后自己的信”这些字。我很好奇，我以前从来没有听说过，因此我问了老板这样做是否有可能。老板说他们会为顾客保留着信直到寄信那天。我很激动，我决定写封信给将来的自己。我写下了激励的词语，这样将来我看到信了，就会有好心情。我期待将来收到这封信。
